Should I really wear sunscreen every day...?

I don't know anyone at all in real life that does this, but I've been looking this up online and everyone seems to say that you should wear sunscreen every day... The only sun that I get daily is when I jog outside for half an hour at 7 in the morning. No one in my family uses sunscreen except when we're at the beach or when we're going to be outside in the sun all day, and we only use sunscreen during the summer since it's always raining in Washington. Husband has desire to be a woman?

Ex has stopped communication...does this mean he's done?

My ex fiancee and I were together for six years and we have a ten month old daughter together. About a week ago he came to me and he was tired of the fighting and said he didn't love me anymore and for two months he has been thinking about breaking up. He let me take our daughter out of our home and go out of state for a couple months bc I was too heart broken to be around him. I still deeply love him, he knows that, but still let us go. I asked him if he really thought this was the best decision and he said yes bc he doesn't want our daughter growing up in a dysfunctional house. So I left with my daughter on came to my parents house on Sunday, it's now Wednesday and since then we have had minimal contact on Sunday he texted me telling me he had an interview for a job we had been waiting on forever for him to get and then never followed up. Monday I texted him but he didn't respond so I called him and he did respond and we talked for a bit about our daughter but nothing about us. Tuesday and today I have texted him a couple times but he won't respond.....I asked him if I should just move on forget about us and he won't respond. I know he is getting my texts bc he is still talking to his mom, but I am starting to become heartbroken. Our break up came up around the same time he was texting this woman a lot. I asked him to stop but he said it was nothing and I didn't need to worry about it. Since we left before I made it where I can't see who is he talking to he is still texting that woman constantly. I took him off my account so I wouldn't obsess. I said I would give him space bc before I left I asked him after a couple months if we could reconcile and he kept saying he didn't know, wasn't sure of what the future held and he wasn't making any promises. To not talk to him for a day is killing me, and his lack of response hurts even more. We had discussed with our break up to continue talking even if it doesn't involve savannah and suddenly he won't respond. My question is why he is not responding, could he have moved on already with this woman or is his lack of response bc he is doing no contact to try and move on? I talked to his mom and she said since the split he has called a couple times crying about it, but I dont know if it's only over our daughter or also me. She said after I left he called her crying to the point where he couldn't understand him. I am confused bc he made it seem like this was the end, that we would no longer be together and that we could still be good parents to our daughter separately. My heart is broken bc I do love him and want my family back, but this no contact is making me way insecure and that girl he is texting isn't helping either.....I just want him to tell me he's done....whether it's through text or a phone call but he won't. Part of me tells me I just need to give him space and let him think this through but it kills me that he can't see his daughter everyday. So, should I give him space, be available to him when he's ready or should I move on? We have broken up before and within a month and a half we missed each other and got back together. The only reason I haven't bothered him more is bc this break up I am not turning to alcohol to stop the pain, I am being sober and focusing on our daughter. Why is Washington, DC letting states enforce federal laws?

I've been reading a lot about how states are coming up with their own immigration laws and such laws that give local law enforcement officials federal power basically. Don't you think the Obama administration should be more careful about what the states are doing...? Just saying because I personally think that the states should leave those kinds of things with the feds and not put that kind of power into the hands of law enforcement officers in their communities because that's going to cause a lot of problems like people claiming racial discrimination or other things like that. WOW.....First...I'm married and have only been married a year and a few months. If my husband said those things while we were engaged, I'd definitely be questioning my relationship. I feel a LOT of your problems are solely "misscommunication" problems. Maybe instead of doing so much texting, do more calling & actually talk in person. Maybe this will just be a help in the misscommunications you're having. You're playing a lot of back & forth things, ending up getting mad & upset over things & it's coming between the two of you. Maybe start talking in person more & get things back on an even keel. I'm sure glad we didn't have "texting" back in the days I was dating, there's nothing like actually hearing one's voice & getting things straight from the beginning instead of this "texting" stuff. Water heater with no water pressure?

I'll be moving into a yurt within the year and while I have damned near everything figured out...hot water eludes me. Yes, I have a wood stove and heating water on it works, but I'm talking about a nice shower, you know? I already use those camping black bags that heat water by the sun, but it doesn't work too well out here in the Northwest. I've been looking at propane heaters, but they require water pressure, which I don't have at the moment. I collect rain water and am no where near city utilities. The most luxurious thing I have is three solar panels to work my computer equipment ;) Any thoughts on a way to heat mass amounts of water? I live in Washington State...I HAVE water.

I am not an atheist, and even if i were one, i would not claim it because i find most atheist to be ignorant. I was born into a christian family, but my faith has been dwindling ever since. Also,the real SAT is way harder than the PSAT,so don't expect it to be super easy and get a 2200. You'll probably get about 100 points lower than your PSAT score.

Getting back together for the kids- Military?

I have an incredible friend who is torn right now. He left his 12 year marriage 5 years ago to be with another woman. (Not me, I am just his friend) but they broke up last year. He stayed very close with his 3 daughters aged now 8-13, and friendly now with his ex wife. (they never divorced due to military benefits) the issue is now, he is seriously considering reconciling with his ex wife, living together as a family for the sake of the girls- but not 'together' (he said that part of the marriage is dead and buried.) I want him to seek therapy- as does he, but due to his very senior ranking in the military it is not possible for him to seek therapy without it potentially tarnishing his record. He is suffering with doubt and confusion as he adores his daughters, and is concerned that him not living with them will damage them in the future, as well as the fact they do not have a Dad in their day to day life. The Mum has not re partnered, and is obviously open to the idea of reconciling 'for the kids'. Obviously I do not know the nitty gritty, but he is really struggling, and I am hoping someone out there can help, as he needs it. Even another voice and opinion, as he has no one to discuss this with, and has little experience with divorce etc. I have plenty of opinions on the matter, growing up as a child of divorce, as well as being divorced and having a grown child. Again, I am not vested in this situation, from a romantic viewpoint, he is my friend, I just want him to be happy, and I do not think he can see straight regarding the matter, and my personal opinion is that he could do more damage going back, having the girls have him, seeing a loveless marriage and him possibly leaving again> Thoughts, much appreciated, from all viewpoints. My husband and I have been married for almost 3 yrs. Due to his abuse (physically, verbally, mentally, etc.), we seperated 2 yrs ago and I got a temporary order of protection. The Judge stated in open court that abuse had been established but after a few "hearings", we were given mutual restraining orders although my ex never made any claims of abuse of anything else against me. We had those dropped about a yr ago. He was represented by an attorney, I couldn't afford one so I represented myself. He barely paid child support that he was ordered. About 6wks ago, he moved back in w/us (his child and I) and now I see he's still the same way. I want a divorce and to be done w/this. When we got the child support order, he had gotten laid off to prevent paying so much in child support but now he's making a good living. I was working but when we reconciled, he wanted me to stay home because I'm a hairdresser and he's jealous so I quit my job. Our plans were for me to just return to school in the fall and I still plan to do so. I had to file a police report about 2wks after he moved back in because he got drunk and destroyed some of my property and held my son and I in our house for almost 2hrs. What can I do about all this? 1.) Can he be made to pay all back child support. I never had it dropped while he was living here but he wasn't paying. 2.) Can I get another order of protection against him? 3.) Can I get spousal support and how much? 3.) I can't afford an attorney, since he can, could the courts order him to hire me one, too? 4.) Any other insight into this mess I'm in? 5.) Why didn't the Judge order mutual restraining orders? Hello all, i m working as a tgt in KVS on regular basis for the last three years. Now i have qualified the UGC-NET exam and want to apply in a college or university. As per rules i can apply through proper channel only and that also two or three times in a year. Now so many posts are being advertised, how can i apply for these posts. Jamia Hamdard university has been recognised by UGC and their distance BBA has approval of AICTE. Post your BBA you can apply govt job and can also sit in the entrance exam just like- cat, mat, xat etc.

Its been three weeks since my boyfriend left. How long do I wait? We have two children one together and one he has been raising since he was 5 1/2, on top of that we have been together for 6 years. He cheated on me 2 years ago and we moved to another state shortly after finding out. He stopped speaking to her about 9 months after we moved. We had been going to counseling for the last year and a half and finally making progress in rebuilding our relationship even going to be purchasing another house when I my suspicion got the best of me and recently realized he was keeping me in the dark with a few details about some things happening at work, so I got mad, made a scene at his work over the phone and told him not to come back. It has been 3 weeks and we haven't spoken about it. He missed his child's pre-k graduation. He didn't visit with the kids until this past weekend and it was just for a day. He asked for my mother to drop them off then asked a bunch of questions about me but said when he is ready to talk to me he will. I am scared to let go because there is a part of me that really does love him, and it is love, it is not the fear of being alone, I have done that and was happy for a long time. I just don't understand how broke someone has to be to go to this extreme. How long do I wait before just giving up completely? Part of me says just give him time another part tells me to just cut all ties. Any advice. I am beyond devastated.

well that has to be really hard sweetie...but let me tell you something...YOU'RE VERY YOUNG...it might seem like she is the one for you and it happens sometimes but it's rare...most likely you'll meet some girls in highschool that you really like...date a few of them and then on to college and do it all over again until you graduate and find the perfect woman of your dreams...don't let it stress you out...you can always talk on the phone...skype...facebook or twitter and during the summer or holidays visit eachother...washington isn't that far away :)

Secular online schools or homeschooling programs?

My daughter is going to be starting 5th grade in the fall and we would like to try homeschooling. I am leaning toward K12.com but have not heard very good things about it. Mostly, that the workload is really intense due to busy work type worksheets. I've also heard that parts of it are inferior to other programs. My daughter is a hard worker and she said she isn't against the idea of working 6 days a week to keep caught up if needed but I fear it wouldn't leave time for her to do social activities. I've asked a few people who use K12.com with their children but I can't get anything out of them other than, "it's okay". Does anyone else have any experience with K12.com? Can anyone recommend a program that is better than K12.com I could research? I'd like to have some flexibility so I am open to the idea of purchasing a program('s). I'm in Washington state.
