How can i fix my name on my birth cerificate and social security card?

My middle name is spelled wrong on my birth certificate and also on my social security card because my parents never fixed it when i was born. It's supposed to be Jai, but its spelled Jae on those documents. i would like it to be corrected soon, because on my high school diploma and other things its spells Jai. if anyone could tell me how to fix it i would be grateful and if it helps I've lived in Washington my whole life. thanks
