Myob: How do I remove an old entry that has been sitting there for years, when reconciling the cheque account.?

I would like to remove an old 'receive money' and would also like to write off a lost cheque from a previous financial year. These two entries have been sitting in the reconciliation report for a few years. How do I remove them correctly. Thank you.
