Is it possible to do M.A in the same subject?

I have done M.A in philosophy four years back from delhi university, now i am persuing M.phil in philosophy from JNU delhi, as I am not elligible for UGC NET so can i re appear for M.A in philosophy from some other university as a private student. Please guide me .
