Why are the democrats holding up the show in washington?

The Dem's say -raise taxes or else,-the pres gives a speech then goes to another fund raiser-both blame the re pubs--Times are really changing 2 years ago My income was borderline poverty;Now- I still have a job,becoming one of the taxable rich
