My husband has another woman pregnant. We are now separated. What rights do I have for custody & child support?

Sounds like your husband fell on hard times, you left him, he lost his job and he found comfort in another woman. You guys were seperated so he made a stupid choice. Why did you leave him? Well, you have to file for child custody and the cheapest will be going through a mediator. Also, you should file child support now so you can get it before she does. I think thats how it works is your child will get more. Good luck and please see where he has come from. But you are right, I would never go back:)
