We broke up, He asked to be my friend on facebook?

I was involved with a guy for less than two months. He's 47 I'm 25. We had great times and the sex was awesome (for a person his age). Out of nowhere the relationship just ended. I cried because I still loved him so after some six months I tried to get us to reconcile. He agreed but didn't give me the attention I thought I deserved. He stayed a whole week without phoning. Eventually I sent him an sms to say it's over for good. Now he sent me a facebook friend requested and I accepted. He likes my pics, comments on some but I just can't help but love him so. Do you think I should have befriended a man who treated me this bad? Where do I send my feelings because they still like him?
