Ultimate Game Card - Need Help?

okay so i bought a 20$ ultimate game card a week or so ago, i only used like 8 dollars of it, there is still some left. (on a runescape membership) i want to use it on a different game called Jade Dynasty. b4 i tried buying another rs membership and it wouldent work and kept saying it was redeemed already. so i read up and cant remember exactly what i found but i ended up making an account with playspan which is who owns UGC or whatever, but never the les i still have money on my UGC and cant use it for RS or Jade Dynasty. i really wanna figure out how to use this on jade dynasty. the UGC faq's says the same card can be used for different games. how am i supposed to get this to work? i really hope im not gonna lose the money left over on it, wont get more for a while.
