Can i do Mba from IIM after doing Btech from a UGC Recognised Uiversity which is NOT AICTE approved?

I am planning to take addmission in Amity University which is UGC recognised but is not recognised by AICTE and nor it is a deemed university, so i wanted to know wheter i can get admission in IIM's after completing my MBA from any UGC recognised university and is there any disavantage of persuing a degree form a UGC recognised university which is not approved by the AICTE.
